Know someone who'd thrive at Spring Creek? Send their name over. Current employees who refer a successful hire earn a $500 bonus paid out over the candidate's first six months.

How the bonus works

The referring employee receives $500 over a 6-month period, paid through payroll once the candidate has been hired and remains in active service:

Referral bonuses appear on your pay statement as "Referral Bonus" and are subject to applicable federal and provincial payroll deductions.

Before you submit

You must have been employed at Spring Creek for at least three months.
The candidate's resume must be attached. Referrals aren't accepted if the candidate has already submitted a resume directly or via an outside agency.
Both you and the candidate must be employed for the duration of the program to receive the full $500.
In the event of any disputes, all final decisions are made by the HR Department.
