Spring Creek Jobs (the site) is operated by Spring Creek Mountain Village. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you apply for a role and how it is used. The site complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you apply to a job, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), cover letter (optional), and the resume file you upload. We may also store your IP address and browser user agent for security and abuse prevention.

How it is used

Your application is shared only with the hiring company you applied to and Spring Creek's HR contact. It is used solely to evaluate you for the role. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing.

Retention

Applications are retained for up to 12 months after the role closes, after which the resume file is deleted from storage. We may keep a minimal record (name, email, role, decision) for compliance.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
