To provide exceptional Dining Service in a full-service retirement community, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. Deliver attentive table service, assisted with menu selections, accomodating dietary preferences and special requests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality at every meal. Collaborated closely with kitchen and dining team members to maintain efficient service, uphold food safety standards and foster meaningful resident relationships. Contributed to a positive community atmosphere by engaging with residents, anticipating their needs and supporting their overall dining and lifestyle experience.

Specific Duties and Responsilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Serve food, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.

• Prepare and serve drinks while adhering to liquor regulations and responsible beverage service practices.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests or concerns.

• Process payments accurately and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar area, and service stations.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
